Project Requirements: We asked to install a complete automation system complete with initial datum marking and complete management supervision and mechanical installation of the picking packing sorting system for Apple below.
Initial layout marking, unloading, unboxing, waist management, plant segregation. During this phase, we successfully installed six HaiPort loading and unloading machines, unboxed and assembled 43 Hai robots, and meticulously mapped and labelled the floor and racking using a QR grid system.
